The place was perfect, with its exceptionally nice staff at reception desk.

I came here for 3 nights and had a restful stay. Clean place, staff was courteous and polite. I had big room here with the bedroom, great wheelchair access, a kettle.

The staff were very very helpful and competent, everything was modern.

The units were well-equipped and nice cosy with great wheelchair access. The location is very central.

Overall - exceptionally comfortable place with polite staff at reception desk. And set near to the train station.

Wonderful and modern venue, magnificent location short walk to Bastei, Pirna, Pillnitz and Meissen, and old city centre.

A lot of delicious breakfast items to choose from. Incredible location close to the center. And just off the Aldstadt, the railway station Dresden Neustadt and the surrounding sights and places of worth seeing.

Our stay was fine, recommend this hotel to all. The staff greeted us with a smile and was willing to help. The view was nice, the service was terrific! The location was perfect, not too far away from My House. We loved the property because it was in front of a tram station.

There were an electronic key card, a work desk and satellite television provided. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of My House.

No matter the issue the staff was willing to help. The decor was convenient and the staff were amicable...

It has courteous staff and modern facilities.

This hotel was decent base for exploring Dresden, loved it. Room had lots of facilities, including a heating system, a private safe and a writing table:)))
