The location of the property was peaceful and marvellous as we were adjacent to plenty at breakfast. It also was in a residential area of Cotta district.

It's lovely base for sightseeing and exploring Dresden. Staff is excellent and efficient and you can park your car on-site.

The breakfast offers a good choice of bangers, cheese, and bakery. The room is brand-new and includes a fairly clean bathroom. The location of the hotel is particularly good, not far from Dresden Cotta train station, the neigbourhood and the centre of Dresden.

Had a perfectly pleasant stay for 2 nights. Got exceptionally nice room with pleasant views and an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a radio. The staff were nice, the breakfast we had was satisfactory. Location: the hotel was close to the major artery going in that direction, bus, tram and Dresden Cotta train station and the city centre. Enjoyed every minute of being there, 100% recommend.

The hotel was comfy, acceptable value, just what we had hoped for. There were bangers, cheese and bakery for breakfast. The peaceful location was right by Heilandskirche. There was a good restaurant at a medium distance from the property.
