Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I would consider staying here again. Planned to see Dresden major attractions and it was relaxing base for visiting all of them...

The location is great, 1 km from a party palace. Btw, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from city centre.

it's nice comfy base for sightseeing and exploring dresden. i have stayed in the studio apartment with a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a dishwasher.
