The rooms were good sized and silent with really big television with free movies, felt like home. Central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk were a bonus.

Some people working there were very unhelpful.

We had king room, and it was cosy with comfortable beds. The location was best possible and a tram station was nearby the hotel. Furthermore, the area was fairly quiet.

The property was clean with absolutely kind and excellent staff. The room was neat with free movies, a free mini bar, as example, had a good night's sleep. The location was convenient - just off a lot of free parking slots, the common areas and a suburb.

The breakfast was marvellous and sensational, they make variety of meals. The hotel had particularly good location near the city center, very quiet and beautiful residential area, well connected to the city center, Germany and Easter Europe, and the tram and Aldi supermarket...

Though everything was nice, some of the staff were very unpleasant.

The breakfast was amazing and excellent, the check in was simple. Had no problem using their private parking, the internet was complimentary. The location was stunning, within easy walking distance of Gartenstadt Hellerau. Besides, it was near to the factory, the airport in the early morning, and the tram and Aldi supermarket. We had a few soft drinks in the good hotel's bar. The stay was pleasant.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would have stayed for longer. Had fine 1 night here. The service was terrific, including a simple check-in. Could use their free parking.

The service was nice throughout our stay. Complimentary drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise. The location was unbeatable, the room was light and neat. And it was relatively near La deutsche Vita, ate there couple of times.

the place was clean, i booked the guest room with city views, everything was amazing. the staff was excellent and amicable, offered excellent services. the location was best possible and quiet by tram to the old town, nearby a tram station. klotzsche district was worth exploring. i did not want to leave, spent pleasant time and would recommend.
